A clever grease pump follower plate kit design to allow different size grease pump tubes, the follower plate has an outside diameter of 285mm and is supplied with 3 different central sleeve bore diameters - 1" / 1-1/8" / 1-1/4" / 1-3/8" and with the sleve remove accomodated 38.6mm diameter tube.
