When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 1:00 pm (AEST/AEDT) on business days are dispatched the same day, provided stock is available. Orders placed after 1:00 pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day. Dispatch times may vary during peak periods or for oversized items.

Where do STM products ship from?

All orders are processed and dispatched locally from our Australian warehouse network to ensure fast nationwide delivery.

What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in a resalable state. All returns must be formally approved by STM prior to sending any items back. Handling or administration fees may apply where applicable.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return freight is paid at the customer's expense unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied by STM. If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or an order error on our part, reasonable return freight costs will be reimbursed.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our customer support team with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return. If approved, you will be issued return instructions and authorization.

What warranty covers STM products?

STM products come with a 1-Year "Best Built" Warranty. This covers defects in materials or craftsmanship occurring during normal, proper use for 12 months from the date of invoice, delivery, or installation (whichever comes first).

What is not covered by the 1-Year Warranty?

The warranty excludes:

Normal wear and tear (including consumable wear components like seals, O-rings, and surface scratches).

Damage caused during transit, transport, loading, or unloading.

Misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, overloading, or unauthorized repairs and modifications.

Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or online marketplaces (such as eBay or Amazon).

Items with removed or altered serial numbers.
